The surgical hospital was sold under the terms of a long-term net lease.

Sale of MD Anderson Cancer Center, Cooper University HealthCare CyberKnife and Fellowship Surgical Center property. Cooper Health Systems extended its long-term net lease more than 10 years, and Fellowship Surgical Center signed a new 15-year lease at closing. Cooper University Health is one of the most trusted health systems in the region, handling more than 1.4million outpatient visits annually.

The property was sold under the terms of a 15-year absolute NNN lease with the physicians maintaining a minority ownership interest in the real estate.
